Brass Craft selects Intellitrends to conduct research study
Clarkston, MI - In keeping with their goal of constantly exceeding customer expectations, Brass Craft has retained the services of Intellitrends LLC, a market research firm, to survey a representative sample of their customer base to further define ways in which they can better service their customers.
The goal of the research is to not only measure performance but redefine, by channel of distribution and service category; how Brass Craft can further enhance the value they bring to customers. Brass Craft intends to use this critical information to focus and refine many existing customer initiatives. The intention is to not only meet customer expectations through operational excellence, but exceed them through value-added services.
Todd Talbot, President and CEO of Brass Craft recently launched a series of customer focused initiatives at Brass Craft. “The Market Optimization through Customer Focus study will serve as the foundation to help us provide even more value to our customers and support a mutually beneficial growth.”
Intellitrends, a market research firm, has been helping organizations understand their current market, their market potential and what it takes to “WOW” their clients. “By closely understanding the existing culture of a company, their product and service offerings, as well as their overall objectives of the project, we can build a systematic approach to identify the “gaps” between clients and their customers.
