Intellitrends, a Clarkston, Michigan based Market Research firm has been selected by the Birmingham Area Cable Board (BACB) to conduct a study of area residents to determine the wants and needs from their cable/communications providers.  The BACB serves to provide programing, support, assistance and a center of resolution to the residents concerning their cable service.  The study will focus on the Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Franklin, and Bloomfield residents.
