Intellitrends conducts survey and study for the Pontiac, Michigan Public Library

Clarkston, Mich. May 11, 2010 – Intellitrends is proud to have been selected to conduct a community study survey of the residents of Pontiac.  As public libraries are struggling to find a position in the highly competitive world of internet, instant messaging, they want to know: How important is the Pontiac Public Library to you?  That's what library officials want to know in a survey that residents can fill out as part of its strategic plan. “We want the desires and the needs of the community to be expressed,” said Dr. Deirdre Waterman, board chair of the library. “We want to know how it can best serve the community and fulfill the expectations of the patrons.
